Flood restoration · August 2026
“5 Stars, great service! Our ac leaked in the attic, causing a ceiling bulging with water. It was a sopping mess of drywall and fiberglass insulation. The ac company called DryMedic. David came on time and started the cleanup promptly and stayed until 11:30pm. He set up fans and a dehumidifier which ran for two days, inside a plastic tent that encased the living room. He was very professional, detail oriented, scientific in his method, completely contained the mess during demo, left our home spotless, and was a nice guy to boot. If you are planning an environmental disaster at your home, hands down, David at Dry Medic is the guy to call.”

We can't control when disasters happen. We can control how we show up. Here's the standard we hold every job to:
Read the twelve reviews together and the same handful of things come up. These are the patterns, in our customers' words.
Four reviewers led with response time. A commercial client wrote that the team was on site “super quick like with in an hour.” A homeowner whose AC flooded an attic wrote that David “came on time and started the cleanup promptly and stayed until 11:30pm.” Another said the appointment “was scheduled quickly.” Water damage gets worse by the hour, which is why we answer the phone at 2am — see how water damage restoration works when it starts the same day.
Communication is the most repeated theme of all — five separate reviews raise it. One customer valued the “detailed explanations of work” and being sent “clear photos of damage/progress.” A business owner in a historic building wrote that we “explained everything that was happening, organized next steps and communicated with teams involved.” Another called David “a straight shooter.” Restoration is disruptive and most people have never been through it; knowing the plan is half of feeling safe in your own house.
Demolition inside an occupied home is where a restoration company earns or loses its reputation. One reviewer described a plastic tent encasing the living room, fans and a dehumidifier running two days, and a crew that “completely contained the mess during demo, left our home spotless.” Another summed it up as “clean, fast, knowledgeable.” That containment discipline is the same standard behind our mold remediation work, where letting spores travel turns one room into a whole-house problem.
Three reviews speak to price, and Google's own review tags record two “Great price” and one “Reasonable price” assessment. A commercial customer called us “very competitively priced”; a homeowner wrote that he “never felt like I was being treated unfairly throughout the process.” Most restoration work is paid by an insurance carrier, and we document the loss so the estimate holds up with the adjuster.
Three of the twelve reviews come from commercial customers: a retail location, a historic building with damaged ceilings and wood floors, and a business closed by a leak. Downtime is the real cost in a commercial loss, which is why we schedule around opening hours — details on our commercial restoration page.
