- Content on this site — text, photography, and the DRYmedic® marks — belongs to us or our franchisor and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Estimates & Information on This Site
- Submitting a form is a request, not a contract. It doesn't create an obligation on either side until we've spoken and agreed on the work.
- Cost figures on this site are general ranges, published to help you plan. Every loss is different. Only a written estimate after an on-site inspection reflects your actual job.
- Nothing here is legal, insurance, or medical advice. Guidance about insurance claims is general; your policy and your adjuster govern your claim.
- For an active emergency, call (843) 790-5769. A web form is not an emergency dispatch channel and may not be seen immediately.
Text Messaging Program
Our messaging program is described in full in our messaging terms, which form part of these terms. In summary:
- We text you only in response to something you did — a call you placed to us that we missed, an estimate request you submitted with the consent box ticked, or a job we completed at your property.
- Message frequency varies and is low. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop them; reply HELP for contact information.
- Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase and is never required to get help, request an estimate, or hire us.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our message to you, solely so it can be delivered.

Third-Party Links
This site links to third-party sites — Google, review platforms, insurance carriers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
