DRYmedic Restoration of Charleston ("we," "us") is the locally owned and operated DRYmedic® franchise serving the Charleston, SC metro. This policy describes what information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Share — and Don't
- We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
- Service providers. Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider; analytics and advertising measurement are processed by Google. These providers handle data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
- Your insurance carrier. If we're handling your claim documentation, we share job-related information (photos, moisture readings, scope, invoices) with your carrier and adjuster — that's part of the service.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect safety.
Retention & Security
We keep job records as long as needed for warranty, insurance, licensing, and tax purposes. Website lead records are retained so we can serve returning customers. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is ever 100% secure.
